Can Dungeons & Dragons Make You A Confident & Successful Person? Damn Straight Skippy!

I have found myself using the skills I've learned and refined playing RPGs on a nearly daily basis on my job in Law Enforcement.

Heck, I consider it the best roleplaying I've ever done ;)

Extremely good video up above, and even mentioned a few D&D players I hadn't expected.

  1. So it's Lawful Good cop, Chaotic Evil cop?

  2. @SAROE - I've done the Bad Cop, Good Cop routine - literally asking my partner seconds before "which role do you want?"

    Fun times ;)

  3. I do two things in my job as online copywriter--come up with quick, dynamic bits of copy that sticks in the customer's head, and look at overly complex tables for hours, trying to find one seemingly insignificant piece of information. I can safely say I wouldn't be where I am today if not for D&D. =)

  4. I certainly find my experience GMing to be useful when chairing meetings & boards at work. People marvel at my ability to run through a 2 hour meeting in 1.5 hours with everyone participating. Compared to running through a 4e combat in 1.5 hours, that's simple. :)
