Okay, I'm rather disturbed that the judge dismissed this because it was similar to another case instead of considering the case on its own merits. GenCon's reach and impact is different from Mearls.ReplyDelete
I didn't watch your video but basically what happens next with GenCon is we file a motion and then likely we're in appellate court for a year--more likely a year and a half. It's not even close to over, so don't expect final results right away.ReplyDelete
