Alignments by M*A*S*H

Cat knocked the mouse off the desk for the umpteenth time and its acting flakey.  In the meantime, enjoy ;)

Kickstarter - Life of the Party: The Realities of an RPG'er - Humorous RPG Comic

Usually I'd assume its depicting +Tim Shorts , but he avoided Natural 1's last Friday Night ;)
Time to peek at a sweet looking Kickstarter that  mocks the very game we love.

Yep, I'm talking about Life of the Party: The Realities of an RPG'er, an online comic strip releasing a printed collection.

It had a goal of $7k. It has currently surpassed $38k and still has 4 week of funding left. Stretch goals have added pages of content, a switch to hardcover and more in the pipeline.

I don't know about you, but I get a Calvin & Hobbes feel from the art, which I do like.

$10 for the PDF, $22 for Print plus PDF, $35 for Print plus PDF plus sketch - which is where I'm at. There are other, higher backer levels, but for me, $35 is the sweet point.

A Vote for DND Kids is a Vote for Gaming

The DND Kids webcomic is looking for some "up votes" on 9Gag.com.

The comic is by +Uri Kurlianchik and Jamie Keys and it is some of the finest (and most biting) gaming humor I've seen. The fact that it's simple two panel layouts is awesome to me, as the joke either works or it's dead on arrival. No long set ups.

So, what's the actual comic that you're being asked to vote on?

Sad but true. Funny too.

I cast my vote. Let's see what kinda havoc the Taverners can raise ;)

Even if you don't want to vote (or do vote but want more), you can catch the rest of the DND Kids stuff here.

Cthulhu For President: The Game (Chaosium)

I don't discuss much politics, especially presidential politics, on social media. There isn't really a chance for a good outcome with that. Suffice to say I've yet to see a presidential candidate make it to the national convention that I really liked from either party - it has always been a choice of the lesser evil for me.

Which makes Chaosium's Cthulhu For President: The Game at $4.95 an excellent pick up for this year's presidential election. Shame it's only available in PDF, but they do have a store for prints and t-shirts and such.
