Oh, come on Tenkar! Even if you have no use for the crazy dice charts there are plenty of story seeds in Vornheim. I have all of the books you listed above in hardback and can verify that they are indeed awesome and thought-provoking.
ReplyDeleteI usually avoid Raggi's stuff because it all falls on some weird venn diagram where Heavy Metal Magazine, snuff porn, Saw films, Tolkien and exploitation flicks all seem to smash into one another....but I've heard enough about Carcosa to conclude that for 2.50 I better snag it while the snagging's good.
ReplyDeleteSigh. On your recommendation I downloaded Isle of the Unknown...then got Vornheim to see what the fuss is about. Also grabbed The Monolith From Beyond Space and Time and the Dungeon of the Unknown.
