News - TSR Voluntarily Dismisses Legal Action Against WotC Without Prejudice

I'm just sharing this for newsworthiness. I don't have any inside information as to WHY the dismissal was filed.

Nite, "without prejudice" means TSR reserves the right to file again in the future.

    As pert a comment on the still active IGG, apparently they realized that they have no jurisdiction in North Carolina and intend to re-file in Washington state.

    They're taking this fight to WotC's home tuft... this won't end well.
