Monday Morning Kickstarter Update - Critical Quests find Gunmetal in the Belly of Ghostbusters

One thing I'm guilty of is highlighting Kickstarters, good or bad, and then never returning them to the spotlight, which I think is a shame. Most of the good ones deserve a second look and some of the bad ones certainly have more sacrifices to make to the community on our behalf. The Monday Morning Kickstarter Update is a weekly feature (although the title itself is subject to change).

Without further ado...

Belly of the Beast RPG - 10 bucks for the PDF and code for the POD version of "a tabletop RPG about callous survivors scavenging the abyssal guts of the world-eating Beast that consumed their home." Sounds interesting, even if I just use it for inspiration and reference.

Ghostbusters: The Board Game II - I haven't put up a post about this one yet (shit, it funded in 2 hours) but I love Ghostbusters stuff, missed out on the first KS for the first version of the board game and figured this would be all around family fun. That and it keeps knocking down stretch goals. Did I mention the video is worth watching?

Quests of Doom 3 - adventures for S&W and 5e. It just funded this morning at a hair under $13k. Should be a nice addition to my Frog God collection.

Gunmetal Polyhedral RPG Dice In Complete Sets - for the dice collector who has everything. I'd just be worried about putting nicks in my desk if I used these.

5e Critical Hit Decks for Players and GMs - I'm a sucker for cards to use with my RPGs. They're visual, tangible and just damn fun.

  1. I have the first one and if this one is anything close to it, it is well worth backing.

    1. The first Ghosbuster's board game, that is. I also backed the Gunmetal dice.
