Some see this as a way for WotC to test the waters, to tell if there is money to be scraped out of the old editions. I'd rather take this at face value, a way to remember the man that got this hobby started.
No OSR games will be harmed when I purchase my copies of the AD&D reprints - I promise ;)

They can kill us off as easy as republishing the old material. Funny enough, that'd be victory for us.
True, but then they would also be competing against themselves (5e).
ReplyDeleteIt's for a good cause. Mind you I'd like to see some recogniton for Dave somewhere in there but its a start. Maybe a Blackmoore Reprint or something.
